You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to immediately notify abutogel support if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, match, or event, the Company's determination shall be final. The Company relies on official governing body results and authoritative data providers. Any dispute must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abutogel Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, chargeback requests, account inactivity, or a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
Upon account termination for cause, the Company may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
